Return Eligibility

You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as when received. Proof of purchase (such as your order number or receipt) is required.

Please note that due to hygiene and safety reasons, certain personal-use items like massagers or wearable warmers may only be accepted for return if they are unopened and unused.

Return Process

To start a return, please contact GearBolt Support with your order details and reason for return. Once approved, we’ll provide you with a return authorization number and instructions for shipping the product back to our warehouse.
Customers are responsible for the return shipping cost, unless the product was defective or damaged upon arrival.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you via email. Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please reach out to us within 7 days of delivery. We’ll arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost.
