I'm from Brazil and everything arrived correctly!! It arrived in 14/15 days and came through a private carrier 'Anjun Express' (it seems they are stopping to use the Brazilian postal service), which is very good! The postal service was taking too long! There was a slight delay due to heavy rains in Brazil, and gearbolt has notified about it! I have already installed it, and it is working perfectly! A useful thing, to connect to Alexa you need a GATEWAY that doesn't come with the robot. I already had one, so it was very easy to connect. The Tuya app recognizes it and does the configurations on its own. The robot slides very well along the curtain rod, I was worried about it getting stuck, but it didn't with me. The hooks come with wheels, so this helps with sliding. And about the hooks, they are a bit stiff to fit onto the rod, I was afraid of breaking them, but it seems that's how it is, to hold firmly onto the curtain rod. I think I said everything! I really liked it!! And the price is the best, since in Brazil only 1 of these motors costs almost the same as
very good!!!
I really liked the robot, it works great! The only thing was it didn't fit my roman curtains - the bar diameter was bigger than what the robot could handle, so i ended up having to send it back 😢 . I'll definitely be getting one once i switch out my curtains though!
I am really very happy with this product. The delivery was very fast and the quality of the material is excellent.
