Product arrived on time. Mostly works as expected, though it emits a soft beep when the low (green) and medium (blue) settings are used (which was not mentioned in the product description). However, after a few days of occasional use, part of the glass surface began to sink into the coaster resulting in an uneven surface. Sometimes the light on the coaster also starts flashing and the box does not explain why.

It arrived in full but it's hard to say if it will be useful.

I like the design, it has usb-c included and it heats up quick but it also heats the bottom so be careful what you put it on. It makes a low frequency sound which is a bit annoying
